ISBAD is an e-commerce service where you can read product details, add goods to a cart, complete payment, contact support and use an online withdrawal function.

This information is provided for the e-commerce service under the Swedish Act (2023:254) on the accessibility of certain products and services and the underlying EU rules.

We use semantic HTML, visible focus indicators, form labels, text alternatives for meaningful images, responsive layouts and controls intended to work with a keyboard. Content and errors should appear in a logical order without relying on colour alone.

Checkout, cookie choices and the withdrawal function are designed with clear instructions, identified fields and understandable button labels. We seek consistent content and purchase information in Swedish and English.

You should be able to navigate with Tab and Shift+Tab, activate controls with Enter or Space and enlarge the page with browser zoom. Headings, links, form names and status messages are intended to work with modern screen readers.

If a function does not work with your assistive technology, email info@isbad.com. We can provide product and purchase information in an alternative accessible format and help you through the process at no extra cost.

The website is continually developed and we do not claim that every older article, imported product image or third-party component is fully accessible. Payment environments provided by payment providers are outside our direct technical control.

We prioritise barriers that prevent a purchase, access to legal information, contact or the exercise of consumer rights. Reported problems are assessed and addressed according to impact and technical feasibility.

This information is based on our own review of components and purchase flows. It is not a certification of full conformance and will be updated after further testing or material technical changes.

When reporting a barrier, please describe the page, function, assistive technology and what you were trying to do. We will acknowledge the message and respond as soon as we can.
