Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases completed in ISBAD's own checkout on isbad.com and other domains operated by ebutiq Global AB. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into the agreement.

ebutiq Global AB is the seller of the ice baths, tubs, chillers and accessories offered at checkout. The purchase contract is concluded with us under these terms.

Material characteristics, price, included parts and available safety information are shown on the product page. Images may differ slightly in colour and proportion, but we aim to describe every product accurately.

Always follow the product's assembly, electrical, hygiene and safety instructions. Cold-water immersion carries risks and must be practised with care. Medical content on the website is general information and does not replace individual advice from a healthcare professional.

Where required by EU product safety rules, the offer must identify the manufacturer, product, EU responsible person and relevant warnings before purchase. Contact info@isbad.com before ordering if any mandatory safety information for a product is missing or unclear.

The total price, currency, applicable taxes and shipping charge for your market are shown before you order. Where the rules apply, a reduced price is compared with the lowest price charged during the previous 30 days.

You may use the payment methods displayed at checkout, such as card or other methods through Stripe and Swish where offered. A payment provider may have separate terms for its service.

We may correct an obvious typographical, pricing or system error before a contract is formed. If an obvious error is found after you order, we will contact you promptly and let you accept the corrected offer; otherwise any completed payment will be refunded.

Check your details and the total price before selecting Order and pay. The button makes clear that the order entails an obligation to pay. Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, a binding agreement is formed once payment is approved and we send the order confirmation.

The confirmation is sent to the email address you provide and contains your order details and key consumer information in a form you can retain. Contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

We may reject or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment is not approved, the delivery address cannot be served or the order indicates misuse. Any completed payment will then be refunded without undue delay.

In-stock goods sent to Swedish addresses normally arrive within 1–2 business days, counted from the day after the order. Weekend orders are normally processed on the next business day. For other markets or goods, the delivery time displayed before purchase applies.

Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free for orders to Sweden with a goods subtotal of at least SEK 1,000; checkout always displays the applicable amount. We normally use PostNord for parcels in Sweden but may use an equivalent carrier.

If no other delivery period has been agreed, we deliver within 30 days. In the event of delay, you may require delivery within a reasonable additional period and, where the legal conditions are met, cancel the purchase and claim compensation for proven loss.

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw. For goods, the period starts when you or a person appointed by you receives the goods. If goods in one order arrive separately, the period starts on receipt of the final delivery.

Notify us before the deadline through our online withdrawal function or by another clear statement sent to info@isbad.com. Include your name, email address, order number and the goods concerned. You do not have to give a reason. Sending the notice in time is sufficient.

You may also use the EU model withdrawal form. The online function is an additional option and does not restrict your right to contact us in another way.

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for practical instructions. Returns are sent directly to ebutiq Global AB, Hangarvägen 2, 423 37 Torslanda, Sweden, not cash on delivery, to a parcel locker or to a collection point.

You pay the direct return cost where this was disclosed before purchase. For goods that by their nature cannot normally be returned by post, an estimate of the return cost must be provided before purchase. If no estimate was provided, we bear that direct return cost.

You may inspect goods as you would in a physical shop. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, provided you received information about withdrawal. Original packaging helps protect the return but is not a general condition for exercising the right.

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the payment for the goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. Any surcharge for a more expensive delivery choice is not refunded.

The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that they were sent. We use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no refund fee is charged.

An exception applies only where all legal conditions are met and it was disclosed before purchase. Examples may include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

The health and hygiene exception is not applied generally to ice-bath tubs or chillers. Opening ordinary packaging does not in itself remove the right of withdrawal.

Under Swedish consumer sales law, you may complain about an original defect for three years after receiving the goods. A notice given within two months after discovering the defect is always considered timely. Email info@isbad.com with your order number, a description and, if possible, photographs.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair or replacement free of charge, followed by a price reduction or cancellation, and compensation as provided by law. We pay necessary shipping and return costs for an accepted complaint.

Where a product page states a one-year manufacturer's warranty, it applies in addition to statutory rights. A warranty never limits your right to complain.

Failing to collect a parcel is not automatically a withdrawal notice. If it is returned to us, we may charge no more than SEK 150 and never more than our reasonable actual shipping and handling costs. You may still exercise your right of withdrawal by making a clear statement.

We are responsible for defects, delay and product safety as required by mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

If performance is temporarily prevented by an event outside our reasonable control, we will inform you and seek to limit the effects. Your statutory rights in the event of delay or non-delivery remain unchanged.

Contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue. You may then refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow its recommendations. The former EU ODR platform has been discontinued and is therefore not used.

Swedish law applies without restricting mandatory protection in your country of residence. A competent court may hear the dispute. Amendments apply only to future purchases; the terms in force when your order became binding continue to govern that order.
