Shipping & returns

In-stock goods sent to Swedish addresses normally arrive within 1–2 business days, counted from the day after the order. Weekend orders are normally processed on the next business day. Any different delivery time is shown on the product page or at checkout.

We normally use PostNord for parcels in Sweden and provide tracking information where available. The carrier may vary with product, size and destination.

Inspect the parcel on receipt. Photograph visible transport damage and contact info@isbad.com as soon as possible. A delayed report does not remove statutory rights, but prompt notice helps us investigate.

The shipping charge and delivery options for your order are displayed at checkout before you order. Standard shipping is free for orders to Sweden with a goods subtotal of at least SEK 1,000.

If a product cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you and refund any completed payment. Customs duties, import tax or local charges outside the EU may apply where disclosed before purchase or imposed under the destination country's rules.

Email info@isbad.com with your order number if delivery does not arrive within the agreed period. If no specific period has been agreed, delivery must take place within 30 days.

You may request delivery within a reasonable additional period. If we still fail to deliver, or the delivery date was essential and we knew this, you may cancel under the applicable legal conditions and receive a refund.

Notify us within 14 days after receipt through the Cancel a purchase page, by emailing info@isbad.com or by using the EU model withdrawal form. Include your name, email address, order number and the goods concerned. You do not need to give a reason.

When you use our online function, an acknowledgement is immediately emailed to you. The notice date determines whether it was submitted in time; you do not need to wait for approval to exercise the right.

Contact us for practical instructions and send the goods no later than 14 days after your notice. Pack them safely and use the original packaging where it remains available.

Send the return directly to ebutiq Global AB, Hangarvägen 2, 423 37 Torslanda, Sweden. Do not send cash on delivery, to a parcel locker or to a collection point. Keep proof of dispatch until the return is complete.

You pay the direct return cost when withdrawing. For bulky goods that cannot normally be returned by post, an estimated return cost must be disclosed before purchase. If that information was not provided, we bear the direct return cost.

You may open and inspect goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Unopened packaging is not a general condition for withdrawal.

We may deduct actual diminished value if you handle goods beyond a reasonable inspection and you were informed of the right of withdrawal. Any deduction must reflect the loss in value and will be explained.

A specific exception, such as breaking a seal on goods genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, applies only when every legal condition is met and the exception was disclosed before purchase.

We refund the price of the goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. A surcharge for express or premium delivery is not refunded.

The refund is made through the same payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. We may wait until the goods arrive or you show proof of dispatch. No separate refund fee is charged.

If goods are defective, damaged or not as agreed, email a complaint to info@isbad.com. Include your order number, describe the defect and preferably attach photographs. You normally have three years to complain, and notice within two months after discovery is always timely.

For an accepted complaint, we pay necessary shipping costs and resolve the defect under Swedish consumer sales law. Do not send defective goods before receiving practical instructions from us.

Not collecting a parcel is not a valid withdrawal notice. If it is returned, we may charge no more than SEK 150 and never more than our reasonable actual costs. Notify us separately if you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
